Part identification

[Paddle all day]

Trying to identify this part on my Force 1991 70Hp. All the drawings I have looked at on line don’t show this part. Two wires ( green, green/ white come from the stator into this, leaves with blue wire going to the switchbox.

Not sure of the name??
It's part of the ignition system.
If you change the stator the new system
will take that part out.
Sorry I can't give more info.

Looks like part a new stator " upgrade " kit.

That is the adapter module to change from the black stator to the red. You should be able to find instruction on the web, if necessary. If you are swapping out the black stator with the red you will need it. The black is no longer available. The old black stator / system had high and low speed coil circuits.

Thanks for that. When I look under the flywheel the stator is red.
