Not sure of the compatibility myself, but you could research the two part numbers and see if they inter swap. Sometimes after market parts will offer different engines their parts cover. And if they specify the two different engines, then it would seem that it would work. What is wrong with you present stator and how do you know it is bad? Post some pictures of it and let us see what you see and are working with... JMHO!
