Part 2 of 2: Water Leak from base of Power Head?

Whats up with this water leak? Never touched this part of the engine, only the STBD Cyl. Head. Should I be concerned about this? (1990 Johnson GT200 VJ200SLESE)

From what I can tell it may be a power head gasket. But I could be wrong.

Is this something that requires immediate attention? The wife threatened to kill me if I spent any more money on this boat, but Ive heard that before and Im still alive... so far.

Yes. If it was my motor I'd fix it ASAP. It's looks like both water and exhaust are getting under the hood.
