What are you painting? The whole boat top to bottom, inside and out? Or just the bottom? If it's just the bottom paint you're asking about, you can figure anywhere from $20-$30 per foot. In your case, that's close to $1500 to have the bottom painted. The rest of it, you're on your own. A couple cans of paint, and a few days painting. Sweat equity.
