Tallman:<br /> Tighten your lug nuts.....very windy...Aunt and Uncle lost farm to Tornado last Sunday . Anyway, need to know how far you wanna travel? Lake of the Ozarks or all the way to Table Rock (Branson). Both are great (we live half-way between them) and can provide suggestions for both places! Let me know!

But Like I said dont know anything about the area, Just looking to boat and maybe go out and hit a couple of bars.. Nothing insane... Getting too old for that stuff... HA HA<br /><br />Tallman

Lots of things going on on that part of lake, close and good place to go is the "Salty Dog" bar/grill also a little farther away is the "Horny Toad" ( more of a younger crowd there though) both are boat and land accessible! Also only by land but good is "Mexically Blues " restaurant which is on "54"

Big Wallet and Bigo Boat... HA HA<br />I have a semi big boat 21', but not a big wallet... <br /><br />There are 6 adults coming down there and would like a place with 3 bedrooms or something like that.... Dont want to spend a whole lot...<br /><br />Any suggestions??<br /><br />Tallman

Tallman: Been around this lake for 30 years! Here's what we can do. Go to this web site: www.funlake.com and click on resorts. take a look at some you might be interested in. I will then try to help you out....(give you my very biased opinion) There are many fine places that 6 Adults can stay at,not spend a fortune and have a very good time. A few you might want to look at " Irish Hills Resort.....Adams Ale Resort...Pointe View Resort, just to name a few, Let me know if I can help out!
