Look for motor service manuals the boat owners manual isnt particularly helpful beyond the most basic generic info

Don't confuse automotive manuals that are readily available that will give you all manner of information with marine manuals that tell you weight, length and width and that's about all if that.

The boats under the Brunswick umbrella do much better than the others.

I wish StarCraft had a comprehensive manual as well because I don't want to be paying a marine mechanic $110.00/hr looking for written information that doesn't exist.

That is the 1st marine manual that I have seen that gives good information from a quick glance. You are one lucky boater shesails.

Might be the era. My '95 Chris Craft manual is very detailed also with wiring diagrams and schematics.

note that the Sea Ray manual has nothing specific in it. it is general.... this is how you zip a bimini, this is how you tie your boat to a dock, etc.

Chris Craft has been bought and sold 4 times since 1995. While they used to make manuals, they haven't for almost 22 years.

99% of boat wiring is generic and common. ABYC has standard wiring colors that everyone mostly follows.

back to the OP, the motor/drive manuals will be the most detailed and give you what you need. here is a link to getting manuals http://publications.brunswick.com/
