Drained engine but nothing else(oops).Started up yesterday and started to get hot 190-200+ shut it down cooled tried again same thing water comes out of the outdrive but not the prop like it did last year. Also power steering cooler is leaking. Any ideas???? Also water will come out of the drain on the manifold if I open it but not leaking any ware except steering cooler. Thanks.

The leak in the cooler, no it shouldn't cause it to overheat.
It's possible to get water in your oil from the cooler, be careful.
Did you drain the manifolds?
Maybe they've clogged up and not allowing the full flow.
Check the thermo housing for clogs.

I think if you have a bad leak on the ps cooler it might run hot, when you winterize it did you drain down the hose from the cooler to the Thermo housing?
I drain that hose by holding it down in the bilge and the I fill that hose with -100 AF till it comes out the water intakes. That pushes out any trapped water. Otherwise you should remove that drain plug that you can barely reach.
Replace or repair the cooler and consider putting in a new impeller
