Overheating 1994 Yamaha 200

I recently started experiencing an overheating of my port motor. I changed out the water pump propeller in both motors. It produces a good "pee" stream. I changed out the thermostats at the top of each side of the block. Any advice would be apprecitated.

I recently had overheating problem in 1997 Yamaha 70HP that has mainly been used in the ocean. Took the exhaust cover off and head gasket cover and found that water jacket had become partially stopped up with salt which needed to be scraped out. Also used a product called Salt Away (Australia, might be similar or different name if you're overseas) to help flush the salt in the water system. May be worth a check.
