Hi i took the alpha one gen one outdrive off of my boat to replace it with an alpha one gen one with the counter rotation option. The new outdrive will not slide on it gets to where the bolts start and needs about 3 more inches to slide on. The old outdrive still goes on no problem. Both have the same exact shaft. please help.
