outdrive will not go up or down

I have a 25.5 sx chapperal w/ a volvo penta drive,I can hear trim motor when going down only'no up

Probably a relay. There are 2 or 3 depending on certain systems. sometimes they click and dont work sometimes they dont even click.

you might try jumping them to see if the motor responds.

Green (grass) is down
Blue (sky) is up
