the TSK assy´s have the same transome pattern, and the bolt pattern on the drives are correct but the shift cables and trim assy´s wont direct bolt on. there is a bellhousing kit to adapt the SX style units to a cobra transom assy. if your removing a cobra transom assy the cutout is the same for the SX.

just the cutout is what i am asking. im not into the retransoming! im taking the big block out of my boat and replacing it with a 350. how much hp is the sx-m rated for? i dont want to over do it as i usually do!! 8) im just trying to put together a cruiser that puts along with good gas milage! now that ive got my bass boat i dont need another go fast boat. just one to move with alot of people on it

The cutout is the same. If you are dropping down from a big block (Ford 460 if I remember correctly) Go with the DP-S (Dual Prop) drive instead of the SX (Single prop) on the 350. It will give you a lot better economy than the single prop and still get you on step.
The SX drive is now used on the 320 hp 5.7's
