Get yourself a good repair manual...or two...or three...and start reading. Then round up 2-3 friends to help you lift it when it comes off, and to put it back on. If they're friends who have I/O experience, all the better as they might be able to walk you through it. Be patient, follow the step by step instructions in your manuals, and you should be fine. It doesn't hurt to write notes and take pictures before, during and after as well to help you reinstall it.
