outboard oils

I want to know if you can or should not mix types of oils? I have A gallon each of regular oil , semi synthetic, and what I believe is full synthetic. one of my boats is oil injected the others are mix as you fill tank will the three types of oil be ok to mix or should I try to remember which oil is in which tank any help please? mike

Mike, They are OK to use in whatever order you want. Burn up the regular first, then the semi and then the synthetic. There is no advantage to purposely mixing them, in their containers however.

Obviously do not forget to premix the fuel for those motors that need it.

Thanks for the reply. I thought I had heard the synthetics when mixed with petrolium oils would turn into some kind of sludge.I want to burn syn. but didnt want to toss the other. thanks again mike:)
