outboard leaking oil

I have a 351 in my boat with a pcm outdrive. motor runs and idles fine. Soon as I out in into gear it shuts off.
took it out of the water and the outdrive is leaking oil and water? Idk whats wrong with it.

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... Got any pictures,... I've never heard of a PCM Outdrive,....

Where, Exactly is it leakin' oil,..?? water,..??
