outboard 2000 yamaha sx200txrc running rough

First outboard, always had stern drives. I bought an Angler 220 and took it out for the first time yesterday. I just filled it up with 97 octane from Racetrack and used enzyme additive with the fillup. It ran perfect then after about 30 minutes or so of continuous driving it started to run slightly rough. To me I do not have that ear for outboards so I scared easily and took it back in. It still started right away as in the beginning and still had the same power. My thoughts were to change the plugs, clean the o2 and change the water separator. Anymore advice would be greatly appreciated.

Need some more info,Year, model and so on or we could just guess sometimes that's fun

I will say plugs are the best place to start

It's a outboard 2000 yamaha sx200txrc. I changed the plugs, changed the fuel water separator, change the fuel filter, changed the low pressure fuel pumps, opened the vst verified clean, what next?
