YEAAAAAAAAAAAA.... Throttle was stuck? What about that steering wheel buddy? Maybe he had it on autopilot and his inflatable pilot deflated on him. What if there was children on that beach. If that were a small child hit they would throw the book at drunk boatowner. I would have drug that guy outa the boat and put him in crutches.
Yeah, that's about 70 miles from where I live. The initial reports said alcohol was not a factor. I think they're looking towards dope with blood tests. Either way, theres just no excuse. Probably uninsured to boot!!
