Optimum prop for 98' Johnson Ocean Pro 200????

Looking to get a lil more bite. What is the best bang for the buck for a 200 Ocean Pro pushing a 23' center console? Its a heavy older vee hull but not deep vee. Any advice would be great!

what about a 3 blade 14.75x19? some cruising, some skiing, some serious fishing
