I have a 2008 90 hp 2 cycle Optimax. Yesterday on the lake I got 4 beeps every 2 minutes. I filled the oil tank, it was still half full. It still continued to beep. Today I went to drain the water seperator and there was nothing in it. No water or fuel. The boat sat for 18 months, indoors. I drained the fuel before starting the engine. The boat ran great for roughly 6 hours before the beeping started. Any thoughts? I plan to change the fuel filter as soon as I get it.
