2002 optimax 225 hp - started engine this morning at dock-side and noticed a rough idle. Ran perfect the day before. Runs perfect at all rpms and wot. Just rough at idle and stalls once in awhile at idle only.
I have twin 225's. Other engine(starbd) runs fine. No problems on either engine's all summer. About 300 hours in engines. Decided to take boat offhore about 2 hour ride -opened her up - runs great, but still rough at idle. Any ideas?? Please help.
Fyi: In may of 2013 i replaced - thermostats, - spark plugs & wires- water pumps - fuel separators
