Cleaned the Flywheel, Stator, all connections "to and from power pack"

Bad coil or bad pack.

I moved wires around last evening and if I take a good (Pack to coil) lead and put it on a coil that's not firing then I get fire. I'm going to replace the Power pack and then test again.

Replaced the powerpack and she started right up. tested the spark with a gap tester and 7/16" was no issue at all. Thank all.
