Online service manual comparable to Mitchell1

Hi, was wondering if theres a service similar to Mitchell1 for outboard manuals online? I found a link for Seloc Online but it appears it's no longer available. People keep bringing their outboards to me for repairs and waiting on paper manuals is inconvenient. Thanks for any help!

Mostly been Mercury, Yamaha and Johnson/Evinrude
