Nope, no link heycods........but if ya want one Favre

I'm not sure what took him so long, I think some of it was waiting to see what what Thompson planned to do to improve the team.

NOw if we can just trade Javon Walker and pick up AJ Hawk........................we MIGHT be able to salvage something. Still unsure how I feel about Charles Woodson.

farve is great but i really wish he wasnt coming back. the team is not going to be a superbowl contender no matter who they get this year. so i think its time to start looking for farves replacement. we still do not know that rodgers can do the job. i hope that mcarthy atleast starts playing rodgers in the games that the pack are getting blown out in, should of started doing that last year already.

No no no no no. Last year we were racked with injuries and a couple no-goods who jumped ship. Brett was stuck out there by himself with little experienced players.

This year the injured list will be small and experience in other players will show. Brett will not let his memory be shot down with another bad year. Neither will the players. Neither will the fans. Real fans.

Re: One more for Favre..........

Well I highly doubt that money had anything to do with it.............he was already under contract, so its not like he is getting paid more than if he had made a choice 4 months ago. I think its more of an issue of his knowing that he wouldnt be able to not play.......especially when he still can.

You have to remember 2 years ago he had a pretty good season, then last year.......

1) #1 wide reciever out (Walker)
2) #3 wide reciever out (Ferguson)
3) #1,2,3 running backs all out
4) #1 tight end out (Franks)

And numerouse others. Not trying to blame it on injuries, but if you combine that with a new offensive line and a coach who can't call a unpredictable play to save his life, and you end up with a Favre who is doing to much and forcing things. Yeah he had a lot of intereceptions.........But anyone who watched could see that a goo chunk of them were recievers (mainly ferguson when he wasnt hurt) not finishing routes.

I dont agree with him waiting so long, and it is frustrating to say the least, but to me he has earned the right to go out on his own terms. Aaron Rodgers isnt ready anyways. Granted he was in on pass only situations in an out of hand game, but he still looked like garbage. I think another year would do him good as back-up. In my dream world they draft Vince Young and trade Rodgers for a second round pick or something.

Remember though that at first he didn't want to start all over with a new coach and basicly a new team. I really think he is doing one last year not only for the team, but for the fans as well. They should keep Rodgers and use him a little more. It would be a drag to get rid of him and him being another Brett.
Just think how Atlanta must have felt sixteen seasons ago. Well maybe fourteen. lol
