Howdy, DLJ. You know the plugs are good. Does that mean you have pulled the plug and watched it fire? When you pulled it, was it wet? If not you have a carb problem or a reed problem. If it was you need to check the compression. A quickie compression check is to stick your finger in the plug hole and turn her over. It should blow your finger out. No/low compression could be stuck or broken rings. Check out the above and get back to us.

Good luck.
JB

Re: One cly. blues..

Hi there and thanks for the reply. I went through the carb and it is as clean as can be-this is what I thought the problem was at first. Found out it is an electrical problem and the bottom cyl is not getting spark. I know both plugs and plug wires are good cuz I swapped them with the top cyl and it still ran the same. I relpaced the coil and that didnt solve it. I figure it must be the power pack, but how do I test it to see if it is good or not-instead of buing a new one for $80 and hope it solves the problem? Any suggestions? DJ

PS-I have good compression in both cyl.
