On Lake Businesses??

Without going into full detail at this point, I'm curious what others have witnessed as far as businesses on the water. One of the lakes I go to has several restaurants with docks that you boat up to tie off and then go order/eat your food. I'm curious however about something actually out of the water, maybe out of a houseboat or something.

Are there any of these out there?

Floating around here in Florida as well as the twin lakes in Madison are converted pontoon boats selling burgers, hot dogs, soda and ice. The couple in Madison make enough in 3 months to live for a year. not sure what the folks running around the ICW here make.

There are also mobile marine service, mobile taxi service, mobile seawall service, mobile barnacle removal. mobile detailing. All with both trucks and boats.
