depends on the tool required<br />some are obsolete<br />some are unnecessary (adapt other tools)<br />some are still avaiable

Thanks guys. Since I posted the question, I found that I could use other tools in some places like the pinion bearing retaining ring. Now I'm stuck on getting the pinion gear pressed out of the bearing carrier. I suppose I could rig a hydraulic jack. <br /><br />Thanks!
