omc shift problems.

omc cobra 5.0 motor. cruising it seems to cut out or skip. after it warms up it seems to cut out entirely never getting up to speed or plane out but motor runs fine. any suggestions? Also where's the reservoir for the hydraulic rams?

Well, the title of your thread doesn't really match with the subject matter. Do a full tune up. Check the fuel system. Read the stickies at the top of this forum. Have you done any diagnoses?

The trim reservoir is kinda hard to miss. Look for stainless steel lines leading to it. An electric motor attached to it. Probably mounted on the transom on either side of the engine.
