I have been told to use any one of these. In my manual I was told not to use hypoid 90. Instead I am suposed to use OMC type "b". I was wondering what the differences were between the three that I have been told to use and if there is one that is better for this application. Thanks for any info.

Dewey
About anything thats calls itself "outboard gear oil" will do. HiVis is great and HPF is the best.
Premium Blend is a thin special oil for electric shift lower units which you do not have.
Backfire ;)
