omc model

Hi all.
I found my model number or numbers ? Not sure if I have the right one . I have a omc 4.3 L and was looking for the model number using my clymer manuel I found that the drive number (983842) and the boat year (1987) leads me to belive that my model number is either a 432apwxs or a 432apkwb what is the differance if anyone can help ? Sticker is half gone on my t-stat housing.

Based on talking with my parts guy, the difference is minor for most everything on the engine/drive. If you have the year right then you should be able to order most parts you need without much trouble.
