OMC Four Winns Fling

I am looking at buying this boat. The engine runs well but has no power and overheats. I'm assuming it has to do with the wear ring and impeller. The picture is attached. Any insight on sourcing parts or experience in this boat shared is much appreciated.

The boat was onky built for a few years but I'd like to try and restore it and use it.

We have a Fling that was restored when we bought it. Tons of fun for our young family of 5.

You have to make sure that it idles at about 1200 RPM to provide the cooling I think.
