OMC Exhaust Manifold

I have removed the exhaust manifolds off my '76 Ford 351 to fix a minor gasket leak between the manifold and the elbow. While off I want to inspect them for wear. I will be glass beading the water passages to clean them up. What should I look for?

Cracks,+ thin spots in the inner jacket...

After the glass beading they look nice and clean with no apparent cracks but the wall thinkness issue is a little tricky to evaluate except at the edges. Onward and upward, no guts no glory, etc.
