Anyone have the part number for the sleeve that the shifter cable slides into? Im having no luck finding any info on this part. Ive got one of the engines and exhaust y pipes pulled to get this hose out. It would be easiest to be able to buy one ready to go but everywhere ive found is not available and very little information on it.
I assume this is not an OMC designed bit, is it a standard hydrolic type fitting that I can get clamped on to some new hose? Any idea on the specs for the fitting or hose, I think it was 1' 5/16 wrench to remove it? Is the fitting reusable with a new ferral if I take it to a hose shop?
I appreciate any help I can get with this. Im going through an old sundancer to somewhat recreate my experiences in the 80s for my 5 year old son and it would be cool to not sink and spoil the adventure
