depends what was done up to and during storage 10 years ago.
also depends why it was parked.
minimum: change all fluids and any soft (rubber) part such as water pump impeller in outdrive, driveshaft bellows, belts etc.
pressurize cooling system to check for cracks/damage and start stabbing the transom wood and floors/stringers with an awl or ice pick to look for rot before investing any $
