OMC Cobra Cylinder head #14096217 / Sierra / Mallory what fits

I need a new Cylinder Head for My OMC Cobra -88 5,7
Cylinder Head I have has a casting number #14096217
I have search from internet and it seems that Sierra 18-4485 and Mallory 9-59004 might also be right ones.
But why they do not tell if they are the same?
Information from Sierra:Fits: 5.7L V-8 GM (1987-95) - but why there is no casting numbers?

And information for Mallory:
Fits: 5.7L, 350 Late 1987-95
Castings: 191, 193, 206, 217, 287, 810 - I think there is too many casting numbers?

Mallory has casting number 217 mentioned but can it really fit for all those?
At least 191 and 193 has different size valves than 217 and 083.
So what can I purchase and be sure that it fits?
I live in Finnland and it is quite annoying to get part after 14 days waiting and just find out that it does not fit.

Ayuh,... Any SBC head from 87 to 95 will Fit...
You'll need to shop by casting #s if you wanta buy only 1 head, 'n have it match the salvaged 1 you have...

If ya mix casting #s, you'll end up with an unbalanced motor, combustion wise...

Thing is that I need only one head at the moment. So do I need to find a head that really has casting #14096217? No Sierra or Mallory head that says it fits with those numbers will go?

Ayuh,... There are Many variations in SBC heads, 'n they're kept track of by Casting Number...

Ya need another 217 to match what ya got, or a compatible Pair of another casting number...
