omc cobra cylinder covers

i bought a bayliner with a cobra sterndrive and the tilt cylinders dont have the covers on them. anyone know where i can buy them online at? i tried ebay and some boating sites no luck yet. im also looking for the replacement seals for tilt cylinders and the special tool to remove end caps on cylinders. those cylinders are very high. thanks
