OMC Cobra Clanking noise from outdrive - Video

Any idea on what could be causing this noise? Is it bad? How to fix it?

Kinda just sounds like the ratcheting action of the clutch dogs in neutral, although I don't recall hearing anything like that running mine on muffs. If you put it in gear does it go away? Then back into neutral it may stop. What type of fluid are running in the gearcase?

Your shift cable is out of adjustment.

You eating the clutch dog.

The prop should not move at all in neutral.
