OMC Cobra 5.8 sterndrive removal

Anyone know the procedure for removal of sterndrive ? The engine pulley is seized and am trying to decide is it the engine or sterndrive ? I have removed sparkplugs and filled cylinders with diesel. The prop turns freely by hand even in gear.

To remove, undo the two nuts at the aft end of the trim rams, remove the shaft, remove the 6 5/8ths nuts, pull off the outdrive. You can also take off the top cap on the outdrive and see if the oil level is correct and if their is any damage to the upper gears on the outdrive and contributing to the "lock-up".
