Howdy OMC fans...
This is just info for someone lucky enough to still have a 460 King Cobra in their boat.
I was perusing Ebay and noticed that Doug Russell has for sale 2 new (presumably old stock) exhaust manifolds there for about $600 + shipping each! (down from $1400 ea not too long ago!!!)
They also have a coupler (presumably gold plated ) at about $600 too.
If anyone out there has a 460 King Cobra it would probably be prudent to spend the roughly $1800 and have the spares. There's not a lot of those particular parts still being made.
For a second......I was thinking I should have stayed with the 460 King Cobra in my Four Winns.......
instead of swapping it out for the Mercruiser........
Whew!!!!!! I got sort of dizzy.......Glad that passed....... Wintertime cabin fever does strange things to boaters.....
