Looking to see what the OEM prop for the 1988 Bayliner 1750 Capri with 2.3L OMC Cobra was. I'm thinking I read somewhere 14"x19" but cannot verify. Does anyone run a 19" pitch on this size boat with a 2.3L?

There probably wasn't a standard prop more likely a number of props best for certain activities. top speed,
Heavy loads, heavy loads with water sports etc.
If you have a prop it would be better to get a base line performance. wot rpm and speed.GPS speed is best.
Probably the 19 might be good for speed but you might end up over propped which luggs the motor
and you shouldn't use it. A 17 probably would give a strong hole shot and mid range performance If you end up under propped
you can still use it and just watch the rpm while you make the decision for a better choice.
