Olympic rink size

I know there are a lot of Canadians on here and I was wondering if the rink is international size or NHL size. Usually I can tell at a glance but I have not watched NHL since the playoffs last year.Thanks -Blair

Ditto on Rob's comments.....Europeans always play on the bigger (European/Olympic size) ice surface.
The fact that some of the best European players now playing in the NHL have been playing on North American (NHL) size ice for years....may help level the playing field in terms of 'game adjustment' during the Olympics.

We got shorted at the vacouver Olympics in this aspect.The NHL would be a better game with more ice.

shorted at the last olympics because two north american teams played on an ice surface that they grew up on?? please elaborate!

I just like the game better with more ice,it makes the passing and skating so much more critical.If a guy goes for a big hit and doesn't connect or finish he is out of position, opening up the game more. it was cool playing you guys for the gold though,I hope it comes down to our squads again. I have to say though I love watching the Sweeds play.
