Olds 455 Cooling Schematic

I Just bought a jet boat with a 1973 olds 455 Id:396021F with a Berkeley 12JG pump. The engine has hardin exauhst manifolds. My question is how are the cooling lines routed, and what temperature thermostat should I use; 160F? Also the oil pan is leaking. Can I go with a stock one? Thanks

hi i have the same motor, oil pans on ebay. gaskets from napa.
