hi i have a early 70's starcraft with a volvo penta aq165/250 that won't crank over when i turn the key, when in run postion all the acc. work, battery charge is right up, the shifter is also broke i don't know if that has any thing to do with it not cranking over, there is power at the starter,the u joints are gone also but i have that all apart and waiting for the new u joints hope for any info on these problems thanks
