This eng. runs great with eng. cover off. As soon as you install eng. cover it loads up and dies. Took a compression test and it has 100 psi in both cylinders. Thats pulling the rope start by hand. I'm thinking the motor isn't generating enough vacumm to keep fuel mixure proper. I'm thinking 100 psi is not enough compression. Am I correct ? The cover has been ck'ed for proper ventilation. Any help would be appreciated, Fred
