Older evinrude year?

Just dug an older Evinrude out of a shed and it looks to be in fair shape. It's model # is 75533 s. What would be the gas-oil mix ratio? And last but almost as importent is where is a good place to get a manual because from what I've read, it is a must have for any older motor. Thanks!
