First, welcome aboard

What trouble shooting steps have been done?

From your description we can't answer, only guess

They have been working on the fuel side, i will check the low oil sensor and temperature as well.
The high pressure fuel pump was questioned, are they a problem with these motors? Just asking
Thanks

Could also be a low oil shutdown
never heard of low oil shutting off a motor

read Suzuki had low oil flow, low oil level, low water level in block and over temp that would alarm and restrict RPMs but nothing about shutting off a motor

easy to monitor pressure to see if that is a problem.
I guess this is an injected motor if it has a high pressure pump.

Not enough fuel in the VST would cause the motor to not run properly and die when there was no fuel to pump.
being that the fuel cools and lubes the pump as it is running, no fuel means it can be damaged if run without cooling and lube

I will check again on it shutting down, I appreciate your response, I have to look at the motor to see if he used after market parts. OEM is the only way
Thanks
