old style riser

Been looking for replacement mercrusier log style riser to replace my old ones on my merc 233. On mine there is a inner sleeve and I can not find any risers that have them. Do they still make them?

An inner sleeve where??? Got any pictures you could post. Mercruiser still makes manifolds and risers for it. But I have never seen anything regarding a sleeve somewhere.

I pulled this off the web, but its the same. On the discharge side there is a inner sleeve water flows between the two and dumps out the bottom. I'm not sure if its called a sleeve, on the new ones can only find the discharge tubes that are solid.
