I purchased a boat and motor a few years ago from an older fellow that collected alot of stuff through his years.The boat is an elgin and the motor is a Evinrude.Don't know the horse power but it is a 4cylinder?? in the 40's or 50's. It has no neutral or reverse gears.I did get it running but it was not pumping water so shut it down.The fellow I bought it from had the original shipping crate but he threw it out about a week before I bought it .Is this a collectors item?? worth anything? I paid $300.00 for boat and motor.
