Can anyone help me determine what I may ask for an old ski?

I've had it for at least 19years and unsure of it's age. I've not used it since then so have decided to try to sell it. But have no idea what to ask for it.

It's an O'Brien International Exhibition Team Comp 66". The boots will more than likely need to be replaced due to the rubber starting to crack around the edges due to age. I have a cover for it and all. I found one on ebay just like it for $169. Since it looks identical I'll assume it was the exact same ski? (his didn't have a cover and also looked new. Mine has minor scuffs etc but nothing major)
Also, since i haven't ski'd in years have no idea if they still use metal for the bindings and fin.

Any help would be appreciated.

thx!

I would imagine you'd be lucky to get $50. The market for used skis, especially those two decades old and so short in length is limited.

Looks like an O'Brien Freestyle model from about 1980. Unfortunately not worth much. I'd agree with the $35 - 50 range.

While a ski like that would look okay hanging on the wall over a fireplace, people aren't looking for "vintage" skis to either ski on or display. So, it's not worth anything.

the gang is right, the memories are worth more than the ski, although it was a great product in its day. I used to make them....It is a good conversation piece

Not to make you feel bad but its only good for hanging on the wall. I love antiques but an old ski?

Keep an eye on that ski on eBay... If it sells, you may have your answer. Of course if there is only one bid, the person who wants the old ski may now have what he was looking for and there won't be a buyer for yours.
