Oh contraire my dear Ray. If you do not count the restating of your subject (which I also believe should be outside of the word count), then I get 22 words total. If you count mullin.com as two and/or That's as two, then the count would be 23 or 24.

Duplicate prizes will not be award. All decisions by the judge are final.
