So I'm cooking a pork loin roast tomorrow night, a first for me, but I've done lots of pork etal before - any hints guys?? , twice baked taters, fresh brocolli in killer vinagerette cold marinade(my son rocks at this), dinner rolls and blueberry yogurt cornbread for desert!
2 lb loin roast, marinade???? Seasoning? I can guess at this all, I am a good cook, I just want this to be perfect when she gets off work(she a nurse) and to my house by 2300 tomorrow!!! Oh I did get her yucky sweet desert wines she likes
P.S. It'll be a year for us in January, finally a keeper, the real deal, an amazing woman and we were great before my stupid work accident, she was at ER when they trucked me in, I have to find out how i think I made her blush (which is challenging as she is 100% Filipina 20 years here) while I was on morphine, spent nights at hospital and first few when I got home!
