Oil will not stay in crankcase honda 40 hp

I got this motor that had been sunk and may have been frozen, I tried to fill it up with oil and it runs out of the prop area. Is there a seal in the oil pan or something that could freeze and break in that area??

if it is crankcase oil it's coming out the exhaust are you sure it's not gearcase oil coming from prop seal is the motor sitting upright on a boat or stand when you fill it

cracked oil pan. The only place that oil collects when not running is the oil pan, if oil is draining out when not running, you got a cracked oil pan IMO.
